Welcome Packet

Congratulations! You have been invited to join us on a short-term music missions trip and now we need some more information from you to help make the registration process easier.

You got the GO. Now what?

Once accepted, we set up a call with you to find the music mission trip that will be the best fit for you, and answered any questions you may have. 


After we have decided on a trip together with you, you are directed to this digital "Welcome Packet".

 

This is comprised of some important information which will be helpful as you prepare for your trip. It includes our Registration Form, info about deadlines, and more. 

Registration Form

We need each of you to fill out this form within two weeks of accepting a trip, along with the requested info such as photos and a brief musical biography for marketing purposes, a copy/picture of your passport (if you do not have your passport yet, you can send that to us as you receive it), and a $200 deposit (which is non-refundable, but a part of your total music mission trip cost). Once this is done, your trip is CONFIRMED

 

This form also includes our TERMS/CONDITIONS/DISCLAIMERS. Make sure you read this thoroughly.

DEADLINES

You will need to keep three deadlines in mind as you prepare for the trip. 

First deadline: 14 days from today
As you are now assigned a trip, you have 14 days to confirm it through completing the registration form along with the requested information. 

If the trip is not confirmed within 14 days, we may open the trip for other artists to apply. 

 

Second deadline: 3 months prior to the trip
- The money for airfare is due three months prior to the trip (unless otherwise agreed upon). 
- If you are going on a music mission trip to work with a Gospel choir, you will also need to send your song list by this time (you will receive more info about this through our coordinator). 

 

Third deadline: 1 month prior to the trip

At this point the remaining balance of your MMT (Music Mission Trip) Cost is due. Make sure you know exactly how much the trip costs are and what is included.

FURTHER INFORMATION

You will receive more information from us about the program/schedule as soon as it is ready. We will also send you all other necessary details regarding your travels etc, as well as of course your travel insurance and plane ticket.

If you plan to fundraise for your trip, you can receive your personal fundraising page through our giving platform to share online with people interested in donating toward your trip. When anyone gives directly through this site, they will receive a receipt for their donation they can use toward their taxes.
(As we are a non-profit organization, all donations are tax-deductible in USA and Canada)
The registration form will ask what info you want on your giving site; and shortly after you fill out this form, we will send you a link to your giving site.
